Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2004 227.351. Trooper Dennis H. Marriott Memorial Highway designated for a portion of U.S. Highway 54 located in Cole County. — The portion of U.S. Highway 54 located within a county of the first classification with more than seventy-one thousand three hundred but less than seventy-one thousand four hundred inhabitants from the Highway 179 intersection to a location one mile south of such intersection shall be designated the 'Trooper Dennis H. Marriott Memorial Highway'. The costs for such designation shall be paid by the Missouri Troopers' Association. -------- (L. 2004 H.B. 960)
