Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2005 227.356. Congressman Mel Hancock Freeway designated in Greene County. — The portion of Interstate Highway 44 in Greene County from State Route MM, exit 70, east to State Route 286, exit 72, shall be designated the 'Congressman Mel Hancock Freeway'.
