Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2007 227.366. Sergeant Carl Dewayne Graham Jr. Memorial Highway designated for a portion of U.S. Highway 60 in Stoddard County. — Notwithstanding subsection 8 of section 227.299, the portion of U.S. Highway 60 contained in Stoddard County, from where U.S. Highway 60 and Route ZZ intersect to where U.S. Highway 60 and Missouri Route 25 intersect, shall be designated the 'Sergeant Carl Dewayne Graham Jr. Memorial Highway'.
