Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2005 227.367. Officer Scott Armstrong Memorial Highway designated in St. Louis County. — The portion of Highway 370 in St. Louis County from the intersection of Interstate 270, west to the Discovery Bridge, shall be designated the 'Officer Scott Armstrong Memorial Highway'.
