Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2006 227.369. Wyman S. Basinger Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway 179 in Cole County. — The portion of State Highway 179, between the State Route C interchange and the State Highway 54 interchange contained in Cole County shall be designated as the 'Wyman S.
