Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2006 227.377. Trooper D. Kevin Floyd Memorial Highway designated for a portion of U.S. Highway 60 in Texas County. — The portion of U.S. Highway 60 from the intersection of State Route MM to the intersection of State Highway 181 in Texas County shall be designated the 'Trooper D.
