Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 • Effective - 28 Aug 2006 227.379. Cpl. Jay Sampietro MO State Hwy. Patrol Memorial Highway designated for a portion of I-44 in Webster County. — The portion of Interstate Highway 44 from mile marker 91 to mile marker 94, contained in Webster County, shall be designated the 'Cpl. Jay Sampietro MO State Hwy. Patrol Memorial Highway'.
