Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2015 227.380. Theodore McNeal Highway designated for portion of Highway 115 in St. Louis City. — The portion of State Highway 115 in St. Louis City from the intersection of Natural Bridge Avenue and Salisbury Street west to the intersection of State Highway 115 and Jennings Station Road shall be designated the 'Theodore McNeal Highway'.
