Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2014 227.382. Police Officer Steven Jarvis Memorial Highway designated for a portion of I-55 in St. Louis County and Jefferson County. — The portion of Interstate 55 in St. Louis County and Jefferson County between Meramec Bottom Road and Highway 141 shall be designated the 'Police Officer Steven Jarvis Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2014 H.B. 1866)
