Officer Michael Barwick Memorial Highway designated for a portion of I-44 in St. Louis City. — The portion of Interstate 44 from the city limits of the city not within a county east to the intersection of Kingshighway shall be designated the 'Officer Michael Barwick Memorial Highway'.
