Gene Curtis Memorial Highway designated for a portion of Highway 80 in New Madrid County. — The portion of Highway 80 in New Madrid County from the intersection of Highways 61, 80, and H, east to Interstate 55 shall be designated the 'Gene Curtis Memorial Highway'.
