Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2007 227.392. Christopher S. Bond Bridge designated for I-29/35 bridge in Kansas City. — The new bridge carrying Interstate 29/35 over the Missouri River in the home rule city with more than four hundred thousand inhabitants and located in more than one county shall be designated the 'Christopher S.
