Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2012 227.394. LCPL Patrick W. Schimmel Memorial Highway designated for a portion of Missouri Highway C in Lincoln County. — The portion of Missouri Highway C that crosses over U.S. Highway 79 in Lincoln County shall be designated the 'LCPL Patrick W. Schimmel Memorial Highway'.
