Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2011 227.427. Pvt Ova A. Kelley Medal of Honor Memorial Bridge designated for a bridge on State Highway E in Wright County. — The bridge carrying State Highway E over State Route 60 in Wright County shall be designated the 'Pvt Ova A. Kelley Medal of Honor Memorial Bridge'.
