Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2015 227.428. Randy Bever Memorial Highway designated for portion of Business Highway 71 in Andrew County. — The portion of Business Highway 71 from the Interstate 29 intersection traveling north for two miles and located in Andrew County shall be designated as the 'Randy Bever Memorial Highway'.
