Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2011 227.429. Representative Otto Bean Memorial Highway designated for a portion of Highway 25 in Dunklin and Stoddard counties. — The portion of Highway 25 from U.S. Route 412 to Route U/Route Z in Dunklin and Stoddard counties shall be designated the 'Representative Otto Bean Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the cost to be paid for by private donations. -------- (L. 2011 H.B. 798, et al. merged with S.B. 77)
