U.S. Army Specialist Steven Paul Farnen Memorial Highway designated for a portion of U.S. Highway 63 in Boone County. — The portion of U.S. Highway 63 from Breedlove Drive to Peabody Road in Boone County shall be designated as the*'U.S. Army Specialist Steven Paul Farnen Memorial Highway'.
