Special Agent Tom Crowell Memorial Highway designated for a portion of I-49 in Newton County. — The portion of Interstate 49 from its intersection with State Highway 86 continuing north to Iris Road in Newton County shall be designated the 'Special Agent Tom Crowell Memorial Highway'.
