Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2017 227.448. Narvel Felts Highway designated for a portion of Business 25 through the city of Malden in Dunklin County. — The portion of Business 25 from Taylor Street continuing north to Douglas Street through the city of Malden in Dunklin County shall be designated the 'Narvel Felts Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2017 S.B. 64)
