Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2019 227.453. Jake Beckley memorial highway designated for portion of State Highway 79 in Marion County. — The portion of State Highway 79 from Spring Street continuing north to North Street in the city of Hannibal in Marion County shall be designated as 'Jake Beckley Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2019 H.B. 499)
