Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2019 227.459. SPC Jason Fingar memorial highway designated for portion of State Highway 740 in Boone County. — The portion of State Highway 740 from .35 miles west of Providence Boulevard to .25 miles west of Forum Boulevard in Boone County shall be designated the 'SPC Jason Fingar Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2019 H.B. 499)
