Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2019 227.460. SFC Charles Sadell memorial highway designated for portion of State Highway 740 in Boone County. — The portion of State Highway 740 from .25 miles west of Forum Boulevard to .25 miles south of State Highway TT in Boone County shall be designated the 'SFC Charles Sadell Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2019 H.B. 499)
