Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2019 227.461. SPC Sterling Wyatt memorial highway designated for portion of State Highway 740 in Boone County. — The portion of State Highway 740 from .25 miles south of State Highway TT to the intersection of State Highway E and Aaron Drive in Boone County shall be designated the 'SPC Sterling Wyatt Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2019 H.B. 499)
