Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2021 227.479. Duane S Michie Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway D in Pemiscot County. — The portion of State Highway D from the intersection with State Highway 84 continuing north to County Road 321 in Pemiscot County shall be designated the 'Duane S Michie Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2021 S.B. 520)
