Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2021 227.497. US Army Sergeant Hugh C Dunn Memorial Highway designated for portion of U.S. State Highway 63 in Macon County. — The portion of U.S. State Highway 63 from Spruce Street to McKay Street within the city of Macon in Macon County shall be designated as the 'US Army Sergeant Hugh C Dunn Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2021 S.B. 258)
