Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2012 227.509. Darrell B. Roegner Memorial Highway designated for a portion of Highway 64/40 in St. Charles County. — The portion of Highway 64/40 between mile markers 10.2 and 12.8 in St. Charles County shall be designated the 'Darrell B.
