Purple Heart Trail designated for a portion of I-70 and I-44. — The portion of Interstate 70 from the Kansas/Missouri state line east to the Missouri/Illinois state line, and the portion of Interstate 44 within the state of Missouri to the Missouri/Oklahoma state line, shall be designated the 'Purple Heart Trail'.
