Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2013 227.519. Irvine O. Hockaday, Jr. Highway designated for portion of U.S. Highway 63 in Clay County. — The portion of U.S. Highway 69 in Clay County, beginning from its intersection with Interstate 435, north to its intersection with Interstate 35, shall be designated the 'Irvine O. Hockaday, Jr. Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid for by private donations. -------- (L. 2013 H.B. 303 & 304)
