Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2015 227.524. Ray-Carroll County Veterans Memorial Highway designated for portion of Highway 10. — The portion of Highway 10 from the western border of the city limits of Norborne in Carroll County to the eastern border of the city limits of Hardin in Ray County shall be designated the 'Ray-Carroll County Veterans Memorial Highway'.
