Dixon The Third Memorial Highway designated for a portion of Missouri 249 in Jasper County. — The portion of Missouri 249 from State Highway VV continuing north to Missouri 171 in Jasper County shall be designated as the 'Edward F. Dixon The Third Memorial Highway'.
