Officer Blake Snyder Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway 30 in St. Louis County. — The portion of State Highway 30 from Sappington Road continuing east to State Highway P in St. Louis County shall be designated as 'Officer Blake Snyder Memorial Highway'.
