Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2018 227.541. Highway Patrol Sgt. Benjamin Booth Memorial Highway designated for a portion of I-70 in Boone County. — The portion of Interstate 70 from Rangeline Street continuing west to Business Loop 70 in Boone County shall be designated as 'Highway Patrol Sgt. Benjamin Booth Memorial Highway'.
