Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 • Effective - 28 Aug 2006 227.642. Additional powers of commission, assistance, contracts — loans to private partners. — 1. The commission may take any action to obtain federal, state, or local government or private sector assistance for the project and may enter into any contracts required for such assistance. 2. In the comprehensive agreement, the commission may agree to loan moneys received from any federal, state, or local government or the private sector to the private partner for the development and/or operation of the project from time to time; provided that the commission shall obtain from the private partner such security for any loan made to the private partner in any type or amount as the commission deems necessary. -------- (L. 2006 H.B. 1380)
