Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2021 227.782. CPL Daniel Joseph Heibel Memorial Highway designated for portion of State Highway 163 in Boone County. — The portion of State Highway 163 from Old Route K to Green Meadows Drive in Boone County shall be designated as 'CPL Daniel Joseph Heibel Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2021 S.B. 258)
