LCPL Larry Harold Coleman Memorial Highway designated for portion of State Highway 163 in Boone County. — The portion of State Highway 163 from Green Meadows Drive to Nifong in Boone County shall be designated as 'LCPL Larry Harold Coleman Memorial Highway'.
