Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2021 227.786. Captain David Dorn Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway 180 in St. Louis. — The portion of State Highway 180 from Interstate 170 continuing to Kienlen Avenue shall be designated as 'Captain David Dorn Memorial Highway'.
