Police Surgeon James F Cooper MD Memorial Bridge designated for a bridge on I-64 in St. Louis City. — The bridge on Interstate 64 crossing over Sarah Street in St. Louis City shall be designated as the 'Police Surgeon James F Cooper MD Memorial Bridge'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2021 S.B. 520)
