Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2021 227.793. Nathanael Greene Highway designated for portion of I-44 in Greene County. — The portion of Interstate 44 from State Highway 744/N. MulRoy Road continuing east to RA IS 44 Strafford/Greene County Line in Greene County shall be designated the 'Nathanael Greene Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the cost to be paid for by private donations. -------- (L. 2021 S.B. 258)
