Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2021 227.794. Firefighter Tyler H Casey Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway 43 in Newton County. — The portion of State Highway 43 from State Highway U continuing to State Highway C in Newton County shall be designated as 'Firefighter Tyler H Casey Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2021 S.B. 520 § 2)
