Police Officer Christopher Ryan Morton Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway 7 in City of Clinton. — The portion of State Highway 7 from County Road 221 West continuing to State Highway 52 in the city of Clinton in Henry County shall be designated as 'Police Officer Christopher Ryan Morton Memorial Highway'.
