Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2022 227.808. Police Officer Richard C Fleming Memorial Highway designated in Jackson County. — The portion of Interstate 435 from the Kansas/Missouri state line continuing to Holmes Road in Jackson County shall be designated the 'Police Officer Richard C Fleming Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2022 H.B. 1738)
