Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2023 227.820. James W Brooks memorial highway designated for a portion of I-70 in St. Louis City and St. Louis County. — The portion of Interstate 70 from Union Boulevard continuing west to State Highway U in St. Louis City and St. Louis County shall be designated as 'James W Brooks Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2023 S.B. 127)
