Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2023 227.829. John Walter Basye memorial highway designated for a portion of Business Highway 61 in Pike County. — The portion of Business Highway 61 in Pike County from its intersection with Airport Road continuing south to its intersection with Missouri Route 161 in the city of Bowling Green shall be designated as 'John Walter Basye Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2023 S.B. 127)
