Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 229 • Effective - 28 Aug 1945 229.370. Penalty. — Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of sections 229.300 to 229.370 or failing to comply therewith shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
