Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 230 • Effective - 28 Aug 1953 230.010. County highway commission — members to receive expenses. — 1. There is hereby created and established in the several counties of this state a 'County Highway Commission' to be composed of four members who shall possess the qualifications, and be appointed in the manner and for the term in this chapter provided. 2.
