Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 235 Effective - 28 Aug 1947 235.110. Treasurer's bond — financial statement. — The treasurer shall keep strict and accurate accounts of all money received by and disbursed for and on behalf of the district in permanent records. He shall file with the county clerk, at the expense of the district, a corporate surety bond in an amount to be determined by the board, conditioned on the faithful performance of the duties of his office. He shall file in the office of the county clerk a detailed financial statement for the preceding fiscal year of the district on behalf of the board during the month of January. The fiscal year of the board shall be the same as the calendar year. -------- (L. 1947 V. I p. 452 § 11)
