Riding bicycles, sleds, roller skates, by attaching to another vehicle, prohibited — pulling a rider behind vehicle prohibited. — No person riding upon any bicycle, motorized bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any vehicle upon a roadway.
