Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION Chapter 301 • Effective - 28 Aug 1996 301.330. Commercial vehicles licensed for 36,000 pounds or less, information displayed on exception. — Each commercial motor vehicle except those licensed under the provisions of section 301.057 or 301.058 based on a gross weight of thirty-six thousand pounds or less and which are not regularly used for actual commercial purposes shall have displayed thereon in a conspicuous place: (1) The name of the owner; (2) The address from which the motor vehicle is operated; (3) Each local commercial vehicle in addition shall have displayed in a conspicuous place the word 'local'. -------- (RSMo 1939 § 8369, A.L. 1943 p. 663, A.L. 1945 p. 1194; RSMo 1939 § 8377, A.L. 1947 V.
