Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION Chapter 302 • Effective - 28 Aug 1989 302.051. Government-owned vehicles, who may operate. — Unless required by the Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986 (Title XII of Pub.
