Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION Chapter 302 • Effective - 28 Aug 1989 302.200. Effect of revocation — penalty. — Any resident or nonresident whose license, right or privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this state has been suspended or revoked as provided in sections 302.010 to 302.540 shall not operate a motor vehicle in this state under a license, permit or registration certificate issued by any other jurisdiction or otherwise during such suspension or after such revocation until a new license is obtained when and as permitted under sections 302.010 to 302.540. Violation of any provision of this section is a misdemeanor and on conviction therefor a person shall be punished as prescribed by section 302.321. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 8462, A.L. 1961 p. 493, A.L. 1989 1st Ex.
